Privacy notice

Last updated 22 October 2026. This notice covers the launch sign-up form on iamek.art.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, city, art forms, and, if you give them, your email and Instagram handle. If a parent or guardian signs up for an artist under 18, we collect the parent's or guardian's details and only the child's first name and art forms.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about the launch of एक Art and its first competition. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

Where it is kept and for how long

Your details are stored securely with our database provider, in its Mumbai region. We keep them until the first competition opens and for 12 months after, then delete them unless you have created an account by then.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time, or withdraw your consent, by emailing aditya@iamek.art. We reply within 7 days.
